Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY AVAILABLE  

We aim to deliver nationwide (Mainland UK - excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland) within 1 - 5 working days after your order is placed.  We do not ship plants internationally. Delivery is made by Flourish, Royal Mail or DHL and safe place instructions are given at customer's own risk.

Same Day Local Delivery is available up to 2 miles from either store.  This option isn't available at the check out but if your looking for same day please contact us via +447311169011 or email info@flourishmancehster.com and we will try to book it in.  Not guaranteed

Flower Delivery: For nationwide flower delivery, orders will be shipped next day providing they are ordered - Mon, Tues, Wed. Any orders taken from Thurs onwards will be shipped the following Mon/Tues via DHL Courier.  For Local/Manchester Flower Deliveries we will endevour to your drop on your requested delivery slot.

All delivery options are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances.  You will be notified via email of any changes.

COLLECTION 

Once the order status is updated to 'shipped', your order is ready to collect and will be held for 1 week if your order contains plants and sundries ONLY. If your order contains fresh flowers, please collect within 2 days of the 'shipped' notification. Failure to collect after this point, means that the customer agrees that the product may have light and/or water deficiencies. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after this point.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

As the majority of our products are  perishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • All issues must be raised to us within 24 hours of delivery

  • As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds unless faulty, photo proof will be required withing 24hrs via email (info@flourishmanchester.com) to be eligible for a refund or replament if your request is accepted. 

  • Issues of “not liking” the prodcuts are not grounds for a return.

  • As many items are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last as long as they should. It is the recipient’s responsibility to maximise the life of the product.

  • As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation.

  • Please be aware that the shelf life of flowers will wilt at different times, certain products last longer then others.

To be eligible for a return on lifestyle items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your return is plants or flowers, you must contact us immediately on receipt and forward photographs to info@flourishmanchester.com

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a 10 working days.
