Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up from Didsbury (29 Barlow Moor Rd, M20 6TN) or Deansgate Square (Unit 8 Owen St, M15 4UA). Your order is ready once its status changes to 'shipped'. Please collect fresh flowers within 2 days of that notification; orders containing only plants and sundries are held for 1 week.

Yes, we deliver nationwide to mainland UK (excluding the Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland), usually within 1–5 working days. Nationwide flower orders placed Monday to Wednesday are shipped the next day; orders placed from Thursday onwards are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday by DHL courier. We do not ship plants internationally.

Standard bouquets (£20, £40 or £60) are fresh, seasonal hand-tied bouquets made daily in our Manchester shops, great for everyday gifting. Premium bouquets (£40, £60 or £80) use higher-grade flowers and extra stems for a fuller, more generous arrangement, and come in a water bag inside our branded presentation box, ready to display. For both you can choose a colour preference: seasonal (florist's choice), pastel tones, or green & white.

Our photos show the style and size you can expect. Every bouquet is made to order using the best flowers available that day, so exact varieties change with the season. If a flower is unavailable we substitute one with a similar look and feel, always to the same quality.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@flourishmanchester.com with photos of the issue. If the flowers are faulty we will offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of approval.
